      Pros

      Educational benefits are good. Smart employees. Great 403b match. Support provided for professional development and there are adjunct teaching opportunities.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for advancement. Pay low compared to corporate jobs. Expert culture and siloed environment. Limited staffing given the responsibilities.

      Pros

      Great pay for students depending on where you work. If you're on a funded project which does not count as schoolwork you can get paid to do research type jobs. This can be a great source of part time work.

      Cons

      Pay is great for students but not even close to some internships available. For part time this is not so bad, but would not want to take an at school co-op.
