Some students can be problematic or get on your nerves - it happens. Not many other cons.

Pros

RIT is a great place for people who aren't looking to rise up or excel. It's a very slow paced business with opportunity to work with cool things and enjoying the benefits.

Cons

RIT is a place where you can go nowhere fast. Many coworkers are RIT alumni who never seemed to quite make the transition to the working world. Not a ton of ambition for those who choose to stay in academia.
