Pros

Huge interpreting community, lots of professional development, the people who work here truly care about what we do, there’s nowhere else like it in the world.

Cons

Benefits are getting worse, pay isn’t competitive with the current market of interpreters, they don’t pay extra for certification

Pros

the people that work there are great

Cons

management suffers from middle child syndrome - you'll never get a raise, or a promotion, and no one will every take you seriously OR fire anyone who fails to do their job or harasses anyone
