      RIVA Solutions is an ideal working environment that both challenges you to break out of your comfort zone and nurtures your strengths. As with most tech companies, team members wear a lot of different hats. But this just enables opportunities for growth.

      In order to keep up with the growth of the company, RIVA should hire more team members to keep the progress going!

      I just finished my time at RIVA and have nothing but positive things to say. The management is invested and gives you a platform to grow. The work is challenging, but in a good way. The training and company culture is great.

      Cons

      Again, it is challenging and it does take time to learn the industry.
