Good pay and great company culture. Also not really anyone from corporate peaking in on my day-to-day.

Cons

A security clearance is usually required. So, beware of the qualifications or disqualifications. They take months to go through.

Paid Federal Holidays Was not affected during Government shutdown Stayed working during COVID-19

Cons

Changed to less valuable perks for birthdays (went to point system for Riva branded merchandise and points must pay for shipping also).
