Pros

Has potential to be great. Lots of exposure to the business. Some very capable and smart people here.

Cons

The "feel good" culture is 100% driven by employees and leadership does the grandstanding around it to make it looks like it comes from them. Most people don't even stay for 2 years. The only promotions are VPs getting promoted to Sr. VPs. The rest of the good hardworking people here are constantly stressed out because their contributions are never enough. Some sizable egos at the top of the organization with little to no accountability.

RIVA is a fast growing company that embraces their employees with the understanding that they have a life outside of work. They are committed to making sure each employee is valued and is heard. Some of the things RIVA does are: Company events Annual Pay Raises Bi-Weekly Corporate Random Contests Mental Health Awareness Checks Lunches on Corporate Time with the CEO

Cons

There isn't really anything negative I can say in regards to RIVA. They are a small but yet fast growing company that understands happy employees produce quality work. They take the time out to make sure their employees are well taken care of.
