I have worked in many different types of work settings over the last 8 years, but RJYOUNG is an employer that truly values the hard work their employees do. They have been the best job to work for as a mother, as they understand sometimes issues arise outside of work that require family to come first. They have wonderful benefits. Everyone I have ever crossed paths with at the company have been incredibly nice and are always willing to help out and answer any questions without making you feel less than.

Cons

If you are not used to a fast paced, customer service environment, are not a quick learner, and aren't great at multitasking, this may not be the job for you.
