      Pros

      Frequent company meals, Nice staff, Company Car with Gas cards, Awesome clients that are happy to see us pull up to help. Benefits are decent, along with PTO and 410k. Most employees worked here for 20+ years, meaning the turnover rate is extremely Low!

      Pay could be better for the hard work on the front lines vs inside the office.

      Pros

      Coworkers were good close-knit group. Bonding over poor management choices.

      Cons

      No possibility of advancement. Sales oriented company with disregard, even contempt, toward administrative staff. Benefits steadily wittled away. No accountability. Morale low. Weak pay structure. Company missed income projections in 2024 and upper management seems to be panicing. Creating general constriction across the board.

      basic benefits, one actually did get a regular paycheck, however meager

      Cons

      favoritism is the only way to get promoted. Pay is a joke. Leadership actually encourages toxicity between departments. It's an unsupervised playground.
