Pros

Above average benefits and sense of a desire for employee's to feel valued for a well sized corporation. Incredible local management, and good community.

Cons

Effective interdepartmental communication was only a dream, and I know made daily operations incredibly difficult for the smaller service locations in addition to many of our clients.
