While we are the Southeast's largest print/technology company, RJY has continued to foster a small company feel and the value we place upon our employees in turn allows us to offer the very best to our customers. The innovation in the face of the pandemic has led to the creation of new revenue streams which further cements our financial future and the horizon is beaming with opportunity! Management maintains an "open door" policy to those who have ideas that will better our organization and those who come in willing to work hard will always find opportunities to advance.

Cons

Its hard for me to come up with a con that isn't nit-picky however, Communication between departments is something I know we are working on and should continue to work upon :)
