I think the start out pay is good and from there you can only move up! Also I personally think that this company offers a wide arrange of incentives for employees, as well as very nice perk. Overall this is a great place to work for!

Cons

Traffic because I live far away from the centers.

Pros

Some of the best people and bosses I have ever worked with! The atmosphere here is very friendly and conducive to a very good working environment. Pay is competitive with other companies bonuses are frequent and very nice. Rjyoung is a company that is going places and I am happy to be along for the ride. I have been with the company for 7 years now.

Cons

The only con I can think of with this company is that the cost of living raises are not frequent enough, but the bonuses make this very tolerable.

Pros

Staff company-wide is geared towards customers' best interests, making everyone's jobs easier and fulfilling. Management is very supportive and you couldn't ask for better work/life balance. Though no longer a small company, it still has the family feel, and employees' input and creativity are welcomed and appreciated.

Cons

The only con I would have named has been addressed.
