      Pros

      It is a very stable place to work, they believe in training their service technicians which in turn not only benefits the company and the technician but most importantly benefits our customers. The benfit package as a whole is also great.

      Cons

      Being a branch of RJ Young we really don't get to take part of all of the functions being offered in Nashville. Which makes it hard to know everyone we work with.

      Pros

      RJ YOUNG is a very respectful company. They take care of the customer and the employees. As a service tech they have a real good tech bonus and quarterly bonus. Plenty of opportunity to move up and get all the training you need. Tech's are provided a company car that you can use for personal use. Best company I have worked for out of the 3 I have been apart if for 25 years.

      I have no complaints at all.

      Pros

      It is a great company to work for. Displays honesty and integrity in their dealings. Stands behind the products and services they provide. When customers need to contact us they can reach us without having to go through a lot of menus. If there is an issue that needs to be dealt with it is taken care of quickly.

      Cons

      There isn't a downside to working here
