      Pros

      RJ Young is financially sound and growing. The people in leadership positions have a great deal of experience in the industry, and are willing to help across other departments. They have their own leasing, so there's never a need to introduce a 3rd party.

      Cons

      They split the sales department into 2 completely different teams (substitute teams for companies) that compete against each other. For every territory with an RJ Young presence, there are 2 reps competing against each other.
