Good Pay Good Raises Average Benefits

Hard to move up there is a lot of favoritism. Very immature environment, not very professional. Sexual Harrasment all time high in this environment and the HR does absolutely nothing about it. While I was there several wokannwere sexual harassed including myself over the course of my employment and little to no action was taken against the harassers. If your a woman experiencing sexual harassment this company does not do anything about it

well paid for people with no education no accountability- you are able to make as many mistake as possible without any write up or consequences No education required

Cons

Management does not make employees accountable for issues with shipments/ or bad projects. employee is over worked while rest are wasting time on "personal matters"
