Coming from the Federal and Public sector, working at RK&K has been a breath of fresh air. The trust and autonomy you are given to do what you do best, is something many companies talk about but rarely practice. Employees are given every opportunity to create the role they want to play on the team. Resources are available to everyone to continue expanding their knowledge and capabilities. People genuinely like being here and get along. Executives and Leaders do the best they can to accommodate the ever changing world.
