Pros
Employees are given plenty of growth opportunities and trust. We work with talented individuals, and the firm has great reputation. We have very proactive workload management, and a fairly steady pace for a consulting firm. Hours are quite flexible, you are trusted to get your work done however you see fit. There are no frills or red tape getting in the way of getting things accomplished, it’s very easy to be productive here. Additionally, the Fairfax office has occasional fun outings. Last but not least, great pay, overtime pay, and decent benefits!
Cons
The office environment can feel extremely quiet at times, if it weren’t for keyboard clicking you’d think you’re in a spa. Of course this is not a con on a day to day basis, but if you’re looking for a place with boisterous energy and large lunch or happy hour crowds, this probably isn’t it.
