      Flexibility and variety of projects. Eagerness to provide new software to improve job performance.

      Cons

      Occasionally need to work longer hours, but that is the nature of the business. It is not mandatory.

      Pros

      GREAT company to work for. The staff at the PM level and below are exception. The company has a profit center which facilitates work sharing between offices.

      Cons

      Partners are oblivious of abusive supervisors and allow hostile/toxic work environments to exist in offices away from the Baltimore corporate office.
