      -Amazing work culture -Word Hard, Play Hard -Diversified work load -Teamwork makes the dream work mentality -Coworkers are friends -Free breakfast friday -Flexible work hours -Awesome PTO and medical plan I literally love my job!

      Cons

      Some perks are still being worked out within HR that would make it even better. Overall, its a great place to be!

      Pros

      I am a new hire and so far RK&K has been open, honest, proffesional and engaging in this process. It is refreshing to be met with organization, confidence and community in the work place and I plan on contributing to RK&K in this same spirit. Looking forward to my new company!

      Great Place to Build a Career!

      Pros

      Employees are given plenty of growth opportunities and trust. We work with talented individuals, and the firm has great reputation. We have very proactive workload management, and a fairly steady pace for a consulting firm. Hours are quite flexible, you are trusted to get your work done however you see fit. There are no frills or red tape getting in the way of getting things accomplished, it’s very easy to be productive here. Additionally, the Fairfax office has occasional fun outings. Last but not least, great pay, overtime pay, and decent benefits!

      Cons

      The office environment can feel extremely quiet at times, if it weren’t for keyboard clicking you’d think you’re in a spa. Of course this is not a con on a day to day basis, but if you’re looking for a place with boisterous energy and large lunch or happy hour crowds, this probably isn’t it.
