      Professional firm for the most part, Partners value the culture of the firm that it is founded upon, few great employees

      Cons

      Directors of few departments are very biased. Nepotism is rampant. Few employees are given too much importance and are promoted quickly even though they don't deserve it. Those Directors lack vision, professional integrity and ethics. They don't have the best interest of the company in their minds.

      Flexible work schedule and a relaxed environment.

      Cons

      It's hard to advance if you start there early in your career. You have to leave for a few years and then come back to get the promotion or raise you want.
