      Pros

      I've been here 4 years. It has a Professional work environment, excellent benefits, a very competent, Knowledgeable and easy going middle management staff. They always want to build you up rather than to tear you down. They allow you to learn from your mistakes. Management is very supportive of their employees. Work hours can be flexible depending on the work load. They are very sensitive to family needs. They provide plenty of upgrade training for the PE's.

      Cons

      The pay scale seems lower compared to other companies. Communication between work sections needs improvement.

      Upper management cares about the individual employees and actually helps advance new careers. Pay for a lot of training and job certifications

      Cons

      Mid level management has some slackers that seem to have coasted to their current position. Construction division rarely works with other Rk&k employees
