      Pros

      If you're technically solid and want to work with autonomy, this is the place for you. Not as "under the gun" as some other firms in terms of strict billability. All the offices work together and don't compete for clients/contracts, so you have a chance to work with plenty of folks outside your own office.

      Cons

      -PTO and sick leave are lagging tremendously vs. industry -Experience can vary depending on your manager
