Flexible work environment. Good office and firm culture. A lot of learning opportunities because of the diversity of client work. Supportive of pursuing the CPA and other licenses.

Cons

Staffing shortages in select areas. Not enough communication through different service lines. Compensation is fair but could benefit from market adjustments.

Smartest people I’ve ever worked with. Some partners are very invested in helping to advance your career. Flexible hours and remote work.

Cons

Compensation is very very low and is not competitive. Pay bands have been stagnant for years while everyone else in the profession s increasing them rapidly. Say they can’t get talent and can’t retain talent then refuse to increase wages. Pay bands at rkl usually end where other firms start.
