Everyone is very friendly. The firm has a great culture with teamwork and lots of office activities, food, events. They support hybrid/remote and treat you like a professional.

Pros

I enjoy the development and training I have received as well as the communication from the time I was hired. RKL is constantly evolving so you have to be able to adapt to work here, but I think it has only made me better both personally and professionally.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. Just keep staying on the cutting edge of business!
