I interviewed with many CPA firms before accepting an internship at RKL. It’s a great firm culture.

Cons

Not a national firm but hours are more reasonable.

Everyone is very friendly. The firm has a great culture with teamwork and lots of office activities, food, events. They support hybrid/remote and treat you like a professional.

Some clients are definitely better than others
