Flexibility, great people, team-based atmosphere, lots of firm events outside of busy season, if you want to learn and grow there are resources to help

Cons

Depending on the time of year, the office can get pretty empty as many like to work remotely when there's not a lot of work to do.

The firm management and coworkers genuinely care about you. Tons of happy hours/team building opportunities. Competitive pay and bonuses. Gain lots of experience in multiple industries. Great CEO and leadership.

Cons

Typical of a public accounting firm, long hours are typical in and out of busy season. Jobs tend to drag on and can’t be completed unless you work evenings.
