      My RKL Experience

      Pros

      The biggest pro of my RKL experience has been working with my team members. RKL has a truly strong, supportive team that works collaboratively to help each other succeed. The people here make it one of the best places to work in PA!

      Cons

      The cons that I would list are lack of communication and training. While this is not all the time, there are instances where there isn't enough communication or training on a client job or software. This can lead to poor client service and overall team member dissatisfaction. However, RKL is always working to improve these issues for the betterment of team members, clients, and the firm as a whole. Because RKL is willing to listen to employee feedback, I am confident that resolutions will be found for any cons and conflicts that arise.

      Amazing culture, amazing team, amazing work

      Pros

      -Flexible work, hybrid schedule; can work remotely/in office/at client, very flexible. -Coworkers are amazing to work with, a great "support system" and "team-like" environment. -Provide great preparation for first busy season. -Minimal travel for client.

      Cons

      -Busy season can be overwhelming, as it is an increase of normal hours. -Travel to clients can be lengthy.
