Pros

Good work-life balance. As long as the work is done and deadlines are met, schedule can be flexible. I like that there are efforts to have occasional events for employees and for the "young professionals".

Cons

There is some fragmentation between departments and office locations. It seems that some departments are better to work in than others, and some offices are better to work in than others.

Pros

The people I work with are wonderful. The work environment is professional, but fun. Everyone is helpful and invested in helping me to learn and develop professionally.

Cons

Understaffed for the amount of work we are taking on. Busy season is a deterrent for many people, but if you keep it in perspective it isn't bad.
