Working for an organization that is actively acquiring can seem very disorganized at times. We've gone from a smaller company of 700 employees to 1,800 employees in under a year and will continue to grow. With so much growth, comes more processes and procedures which can seem bureaucratic at times.

Thank you for taking time to leave feedback. You’re correct, there are many opportunities to grow and we continue to see colleagues move roles and get promoted across the business. We do have great support between managers and colleagues and I know Terence really enjoyed being able to get back out to Macedonia and spend time with the team.
