Customer Success always aims to enable organizations to get the most from our products proactively. However, healthcare initiatives may sometimes require reactive action. We will continue to strengthen customer relations and communication to work as proactively as possible. Regarding CPD, we always want to empower our employees to talk directly with their Line Manager about what development and progression opportunities are available to them and how they can reach that next career goal. Please reach out to your line manager so that we can facilitate that conversation. Flexible working agreements can be discussed with your Line Manager and HR to meet both your needs and the needs of the business.
