The culture - Very friendly and approachable people, the Richmond office has a great environment It is clear management are devoted to the vision, and aren't afraid to invest where needed There has been an improvement in the amount of information going out to employees

Cons

Issues with workloads in different areas remain, leading to low-priority items being looked over and others taking longer to complete Competency issues are beginning to show due to roles relocating or not being backfilled

- There is a big learning curve to learn the product suites, but they allow you to learn at your own pace.

- Everyone is very friendly and helpful, which is particularly beneficial to a new employee who is getting to know their coworkers. - The depth of knowledge and industry experience. Group meetings are dynamic because of what people bring to the table. - Diversity. The people come from different backgrounds and multiple countries to create one company. - Flexibility and work-life balance. Work in the office when you want/need to, or work from home.
