I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with management and don't feel your salary is competitive. I would suggest leaning on your HRBP for assistance navigating the issue with your manager. We have a compensation department located in Skopje dedicated to ensuring our salaries are both fair and marketable. We strive for our colleagues to feel fairly compensated for the work they do and do frequent market compensation reviews.
