I would suggest reaching out to your manager for assistance when you aren't sure what you should be doing. Working remotely can sometimes foster a lack of feeling disconnected. Your manager can definitely provide support in this area.

2yThank you for your response. It's wonderful to hear you enjoy working with your team! It's always a challenge working for a global company and trying to include everyone in various time zones. We do have quarterly town halls where leadership provides updates and gives recognition. Those calls are always recorded for our Australia colleagues.
