4yThanks for taking the time to provide feedback. It’s great to know you feel part of a team that’s trying to make a positive impact. When it comes to career development, we do have a number of programmes and tools available to support colleagues with their careers. In fact, over 110 people have been promoted or moved into a new role over the past six months.
We can be a very fast moving business at times. I would suggest if workload feels overwhelming have a conversation with your manager. Being clear on priorities helps to identify what needs to be completed in what order.
