You may have heard in my weekly update today, our Skopje team has grown significantly over the last year with more growth coming in 2022. You’re part of Allocate at a very exciting period.
We have invested this past year in updating our management and leadership programmes catering to both our current goals and hybrid working patterns because of COVID. It sounds as though your managers have been taking the programmes seriously and applying what they have learnt. Creating collaborative environments where new ideas are welcomed are the things that will provide valuable solutions for our customers and support future innovation.
