Thank you for leaving feedback. I'm sorry to hear you aren't having a more positive experience. We just did internal surveys via Comparably and our culture score came back 4.7 out of 5. As a private equity owned firm whose mission is to grow, structure and documentation can be tough. We acquire companies regularly which makes us a company made up of a lot of other companies that have different processes. Creating structure and process will take some time and we know how important it is. Career conversations should be part of yearly reviews to foster growth. If your manager isn't bringing them up, you should start the conversation. If you needed added support, feel free to reach out to your HRBP.
