Pros

Growth potential, very employee friendly across the company and upper management.

Cons

There are no cons. Being the leader in the healthcare industry means there is a lot of work to be done but well worth the hours to be part of the RLDatix team.

Pros

Huge growth potential in an important segment in the healthcare industry Good compensation for the hard work put in Easy to connect with all people across the company (friendly and open upper management) Love the people in my department and the management I report to Feel my job and company have an important purpose in helping people receive the safest and best healthcare possible When I am asked to work hard or extra, I know that my manager is working even harder and longer - the responsibility isn't just being passed down missing management. Work hard, play hard culture. I love getting together with the company because I truly enjoy being around them. We like to celebrate the wins as often as possible! Being able to work from home is wonderful.

Cons

Fast growth equals extra hours and growing pains (this is experienced in every industry and every company) Big vision for the future, but slow process getting the rubber to meet the road Focused on improving IT for customers (which is our focus!), but semi-antiquated IT infrastructure on staff side - many day to day tasks could be automated, but don't have the resources right now to put toward making things more efficient for the staff side.

Pros

I currently have a very supportive team to work with, a strong leader/manager who is always willing to help and very knowledgeable of current tasks that need to be completed on our end. The job itself allows for flexibility between work and life, great benefits and pay. Plenty of opportunity for growth as well! Personally have been here a little over 2 years, and have moved up in positions 3 times.

Cons

As with any growing and successful company, there will be change, and there has been, but with that, it challenges our team to work more efficiently, effectively and to learn to leverage each others strengths!
