      Welcome to Allocate! It’s fantastic to hear that you are settling in well and getting the support you need from colleagues. We have had over 120 colleagues join us in Macedonia since March 2020 and the teams have continued to provide amazing support to each other throughout this time.       - Supportive environment to develop professional skills - Plenty of extra health and wellbeing seminars - Great autonomy in completing your daily work - Super flexible with working from home and taking leave at short notice

      - Pay is pretty low for the heavy workload & responsibilities
