      Non initial guidance and lack of on-boarding process. Difficult to adapt to the role.

      Pros

      Competitive salary. Clean open plan office. Amazing IT helpdesk.

      Cons

      Absolutely no guidance and no support during the first months. No knowledge management, everything relies on asking the right person at the right time if they are available. No team work, everyone seems to be in his own island. Not fluid communication amongst team members and management. Lack of training in the solution, a pain if you work in the technical team. High turnover, employees either have been working for many years or they are new in the company.

      Pros

      There are some really great people that work for RLDatix, a lot of the staff are very motivated and love what they do. There is a very supportive-fun social aspect to working at RLDatix. The fundamental purpose of the product is positive. You can work there without feeling like you are destroying the world.

      Cons

      Salaries are below fair market rate. They specifically hire recent graduates and new Canadians to get them for a low price. Then management plays it off as if they are doing you a big favor. The product is extremely outdated and has a lot of fundamental flaws that go unaddressed for years. The push from sales if for new features, yet the product is so unstable that every release causes a disaster for clients. There is very little management or HR support for employees, they do not really care about your growth at RLDatix, and there is little opportunity to move up in the organization. Poor performance is not effectively addressed.
