Pros

Good culture with flexibility of hybrid working. Unlimited PTO policy. Snacks and drinks provided at the office.

Cons

The perks are not that great, they don't offer full employee health insurance coverage, and the salary is either average or not up to the industry standard. The bonus is given to management and those who started working in 2022 or earlier.
