      Pros

      The company is great! The people are nice, friendly and extremely helpful. The communication is great as well.

      Cons

      There is definitely a lot happening with the project and it feels exhausting at times. The company will definitely recognize your work.

      Pros

      - being able to work remotely - really good team so far - got a lot of training from team members and manager has been really good - flexible work schedule, don't feel like your manager is always checking in

      Cons

      - i guess with covid, not a lot of chance for interaction with team members in person - software takes awhile to learn - can get very busy at times and have to work late, but not really an issue and use to it with other jobs
