Great product but very poor management and total lack of support for staff.

Pros

Mostly friendly staff, decent pay.

Cons

Poor management, lack of support for staff and horrible US-centric corporate culture creeping in. A lot of the higher management in the UK has been embedded for a long time and dont seem to care about their staff at all.
