Pros
I've found the company where I'm going to retire! This is a fantastic company and I love working here. My Supervisor makes sure that I have the tools and knowledge to do my job, without being overbearing or micro-managing. Work life balance is important to me and there is flexibility with the schedule that I love. RLI plans many fun events for their employees, which is a nice morale booster, especially in this day and age of COVID.
Cons
I can't think of any negatives.
