Pros

Health benefits better than most employers. Profit sharing and retirement contributions are outstanding. Employees that show strong initiative, flexibility and ownership are rewarded with advancement opportunities.

Cons

If you have a mediocre work ethic, allow roadblocks to affect your productivity, or don't know how to work efficiently, you won't succeed here.

Pros

The people is what makes this company so desirable. Along with the people and management, the culture is what makes people stay. A very inclusive and an open/collaborative environment.

Cons

I wish I had found this company sooner.

RLI is a great company to work for with an amazing benefits. The people are very friendly and the culture is amazing-feel like a family.
