      Pros

      There's a friendly atmosphere that I haven't had anywhere else in my time of working. The PTO is front loaded, and up to 5 days can be rolled over into the next year.

      Cons

      Unfortunately we don't build up PTO; its front loaded at the beginning of the year and we have to stretch it out. Once you use it for the year, it's gone until January 1 of the next year.
