Large company with small company feel, flat organization which allows for access to key decision makers and ability to easily see the impact of the work you do every day, strong support from senior leaders in areas like leadership and employee development, incredible track record of results and success.

Cons

A flat organization is not for everyone...If you care about fancy titles and the like, this may not the place for you. If you care about accountability, results and being able to make an impact, come join us!

Pros

RLI is a wonderful place to work - great culture, fantastic benefits. It's large enough that there are a ton of professional opportunities along with competitive compensation and benefits, while small enough that you have a chance to actually get to know the senior leadership team. It's also a company that truly cares about its employees as people, and I think that's been further illustrated in its COVID-19 response. The support we've gotten from our executive leadership and HR has been fantastic and reminded me how proud I am to work at RLI. It feels like an extended family.
