Pros

RLI has a much more positive energy and atmosphere than my previous employer. Everyone for the most part seems to work hard and be in on achieving success at RLI. The ESOP is a huge perk and I believe contributes to this.

Cons

It is too early to say. There is nothing I can think of at this time. Personally, it usually takes a year or more to really understand the cons of a company unless there are serious issues readily apparent.

RLI truly cares about keeping it's employee's happy & well taken care of. I have never had a work environment that is so friendly & enjoyable.

Cons

As RLI is a smaller insurance company, I wish there were more career opportunities for others.
