      Small company with great benefits , profit driven underwriting where it’s not all about top line growth , flat organization with easy access to home office, flexibility in underwriting decisions.

      Need a larger footprint however the company has made great strides in the past few years to broaden agency base.

      The negative is also a positive, we are smaller company which diminishes overall capacity, however this allows to be very directed in our methodology.
