Coming from a larger competitor, I certainly appreciate the lack of bureaucracy that can weigh you down in larger organizations. Excellent support throughout the onboarding process. Experienced and intelligent co-workers that are always willing to help. Solid benefits. Overall I've been very pleased with the welcoming and collaborative company culture and am happy to be a part of the RLI team

Cons

Different departments and groups are pretty siloed, although this is to be expected with a company that caters to niche markets
