Pros

The company really nurtures the culture and want you to feel apart of it. They are very transparent with results, and share the wealth with all employees. Each person impacts the results, so work is very team oriented.

Cons

Not many that I can think of. If I had to think of one, it would be that we can be too conservative on price sometimes. Having said that, you can't argue with 20+ years of profitable results.

Pros

Small enough company that you can actually have a voice. You are more than a number here, you are a stock holder. You have access to so much knowledge in a variety of areas. Your input is viewed as a positive, and feedback is requested and used proactively for flexible work situations. Our company also initiated a Volunteer PTO day, where we are paid to go out and provide a service somewhere in our community.

Cons

Conservative, so growth is a little slower, but that is not always a bad thing.

Pros

Flexible work arrangements including flex time and WFH is new and a great perk. The corporate culture is pretty positive and has an emphasis on community outreach and helping others. Employees as owners is a unique concept and helps employees feel more accountable for the work that they do as it will directly affect them. Bonus structure has historically been good. ESOP, 401K and health plans are all awesome benefits.

Cons

Communication can sometimes be difficult within departments as there are not a lot of "formal" announcements within the department(s). I can only speak for my own. This may not be an issue in every segment. WFH and flex-time are offered, but are in infancy stages and not "fully" embraced by all management yet.
