      Pros

      The company does a lot to drive employee engagement and camaraderie such as office celebrations. The flatter management structure means little overhead, which lowers cost of product. The Transportation CEO does a great job of communicating our progress toward financial goals. Overall, a great first 90 days. Benefits are also pretty great.

      Cons

      It is a relatively small company which means processes and procedures are not well defined. This can be both an asset as well as a challenge. You are able to make decisions without a lot of "red tape."
